Once more:
Congratulations!
It has been brought to our attention that another horse of the CS Royal
family has made a name for himself in the European show circuits: CS
Royal Stands Golden Joker. This little boy has amassed so many championships
in yearling colt classes, that he is one of the five (!) most successful
show horses in continental Europe 2010 according to MHCE statistics.
The MHCE therefore awarded him with MHCE Top Horse honors. We are very
proud of Golden Joker and wish
to congratulate Whitesea Miniatures in Finland on this amazing success!

Golden
Joker is a son of LM Hawks Stand Out Loud
and Westwinds Buck Offs Apache Lady.

Congratulations!
We are very proud to announce that CS
Royal Velvets Nightdancer, son of the wonderful Little
Kings Black Velvet and born at CS Royal in 2007, was recently officially
approved and licensed as breeding stallion in Germany. Congratulations
to his owners, our dear friends at Oldhill Ranch.

A long journey
to a new home
It is with mixed feelings that we said goodbye to some of our mares
and youngsters to send them onto a long journey to their new home in
Russia. We are convinced that they will have the best home there. Our
congratulations to the new owners and we wish you lots of joy and laughter
with these little ones.

Congratulations
Following in his sire's footsteps, CS
Royal Toros Silver And Gold has now received his first show ring titles
as senior stallion. It is hard to believe from these pictures that Silver
was shown with only three weeks of training in pasture condition, without
body sweating - and that he is only 28,5" small! Our congratulations
to his owners JL Starlight Miniatures, Denmark and we wish you continued
joy and success with Silver.

Minis on
TV
The TV station RFR filmed our farm for a news story about the region.

A little
outing
We were invited to take part in a farm and country fair and present
our little horses there and we took the opportunity to provide information
about American Miniature Horses in general and our breeding program
in particular to the interested visitors. Our two yearlings, CS
Royal Velvets Nightdancer and CS
Royal Customized Fire N Ice added their charming ways to win the
visitors' hearts over. Below are some pictures from the fair, please

Congratulations
We would like to congratulate William and Catherine Semmens on another
very successful show year in England with their CS
Royal Toros Sunny Boy, the first A F Ivy
Toro offspring bred and born at CS Royal Miniatures. In 2007, along
with many championships, Sunny Boy was Reserve Champion 2/3 year olds
at the 'Horse of the Year Show' and was also the 2007 High Points Champion
in BMHS. We knew Sunny Boy was special the moment he was born and it
fills us with joy to see him do so well in the show ring for his owners.
Our best wishes for your continued success!

Our
Minis showing off at Equine Fair
The organisers of an equine fair in Austria invited us to present our
Miniature Horses in the show programme of the fair. The minis were shown
alongside Shire Horses to demonstrate, how tiny these little horses
are. The audience was especially impressed with our Toro,
who did not only present his tricks perfectly, but also tried to take
on the Shire Horses (bundle of self confidence that he is). Here are
a couple of pictures from the show. You can click on the pictures to
enlarge them:

New homes
The most of our 2006 foals have now moved in with their new owners and
are enjoying their new homes and families. We wish all new owners continued
joy and success with their new little four-legged family members and
hope that you'll keep in touch with us in the future.

First time in the cart ...
Below are a two pictures of Bucky's first
training lesson in the cart. Doesn't he look gorgeous? It's exciting
to see how fast he learns and how eager he is to work.

Visitors from the USA ...
On August 15th, 2006, we had the honor to once again welcome
visitors from the USA at CS Royal Miniature Horse Farm: Richard and
Betty Rosburg from Iowa came to us to visit our beloved A
F Ivy Toro, whose sire they had owned and bred. The Rosburgs had
not seen Toro for 14 years.

Our 2006 foal crop
2006 was a particularly exciting foal crop for us. Several
foals sired by our proven senior herdsire A
F Ivy Toro were joined by the very first foals sired by our junior
stallion, LM Hawks Stand Out Loud. And
there's more: We even had three foals born at CS Royal who are sired
by the famous Champion Farms
Nighthawk. Colorwise, our 2006 babies basically showed everything
- from pinto to appy and from solid white to solid black. And, once
more, our foals were nothing but royal quality.

Stallion license
We are especially proud to announce that both of our junior stallions
were presented for a stallion license on October 5th, 2005. Both of
them passed and are now officially approved as breeding stallions in
Germany. Thus, CS Royal Miniature Horses is now home to the three first
American Miniature Horse stallions ever approved in Germany: A
F Ivy Toro (who already got his stallion license in 2003), LM
Hawks Stand Out Loud and Countrylanes
Spotted Virtue!

What an honor!
Our senior herdsire A F Ivy Toro is the
only (!) European stallion featured in the recently published book "Outstanding
Miniature Horse Stallions - Past and Present" by Pat Elder. This
great book is thought as a guideline for breeders and owners and features
the most well known reference sires of the miniature horse industry
today.
